Our body is an organism which we are using. Often people can’t relate to this truth as we have never shown any inquisitiveness in knowing our own truth. As in when we say, “My head is paining”, “My body needs sleep” etc. and never question that if we are the body then who is this “MY”??? 🙂
This organism (the body) thus is in our own control and reacts to all that we think and all that we emote or feel. Our thinking patterns as in both subconscious thinking and conscious thinking.
There are many of us who know what negative thoughts and emotions can do but still they act according to the negativity and at other times they themselves want to act under the influence of negative energies, depreciating thoughts and abusive emotions. It is basically called a dramatic “CRISIS” situation that arises in life now and then.
Many people are unaware of the facts and figures and in their unawareness, in their naivety they keep on creating more & more garbage. Thus the Aura becomes marred with negative energies and to a clairvoyant it looks as good as a garbage bin.
Here I will quote Eckhart Tolle and will say that “their LIFE becomes a garbage bin because LIFE is US”.
And the cycle goes on and on.
Even these mental and emotional disease of thinking foul and negative, emotionally clogging oneself with jealousy, anger, frustration and sadness brings in physical diseases.
Master Choa Kok Sui has given many protocols to be followed by a Cancer patient to get rid of cancer along with medication and healing. These protocols include emotional and mental resetting, which means that the thinking and emotions needs to be changed.

We too have seen the limitations of physical medication, where diseases subside, but never truly leaves. Many have been using medication since years on but to no avail and it’s not because the Doctor is not good or the medicines are not working, it’s simply because we won’t change ourselves.
It’s an established fact that physical diseases sprout from emotional and mental diseases. The magic to keep healthy & fit and to bring in good life is to keep one’s mind and emotions clutter free. And since our mind and emotions are intermingled, which means, we emote what we think, so the first part of mastering one’s health is to take care of one’s thoughts.

Investigations have been done with experimenting the effects of a day of intensive mindfulness practice in a group of experienced meditators, compared to a group of untrained control subjects who engaged in quiet non-meditative activities. After eight hours of mindfulness practice, the meditators showed a range of genetic and molecular differences, including altered levels of gene-regulating machinery and reduced levels of pro-inflammatory genes, which in turn correlated with faster physical recovery from a stressful situation.
Perla Kaliman, first author of the article and a researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Research of Barcelona, Spain (IIBB-CSIC-IDIBAPS), where the molecular analyses were conducted has said, “Most interestingly, the changes were observed in genes that are the current targets of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs”. This study was published in the Journal Psychoneuroendocrinology.
So, the physical science is now following suite regarding mindfulness and its effects. Affirmations and Visualizations also provide a way ahead in mentoring oneself to good health with good psychology. A new study by researchers in Wisconsin, Spain, and France reports that Mindfulness-based trainings have shown beneficial effects on inflammatory disorders in prior clinical studies and are endorsed by the American Heart Association as a preventative intervention.
Another way ahead is provided by Dr. Bruce Lipton and according to him the gene activity can change on a daily basis. If the perception in our mind is reflected in the chemistry of our body, and if our nervous system reads and interprets the environment and then controls the blood’s chemistry, then we can literally change the fate of our cells by altering our thoughts.
His research also illustrates that by changing our perception, our mind can alter the activity of our genes and create over thirty thousand variations of products from each gene.
